The rigorous three-day examination, held from February 4 to 6, 2026, was administered in an extensive network of testing centers nationwide. Venues spanned major hubs including NCR (Metro Manila), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Lipa (Batangas), Nueva Vizcaya, Romblon, and Naga.

Once registered, inductees must download and print the Oath of Professional form from the PRC site. Post-oath, proceed to initial registration by booking an appointment online at the same portal.
