ALLOWED ITEMS
Your valuables and the following ALLOWED ITEMS must be placed inside one (1) long
transparent/plastic envelope:
a. Notice of Admission (NOA), – Strictly NO NOA, NO ADMISSION to the examination
rooms
b. One (1) piece metered-stamp window mailing envelope
c. Black ball pen – ordinary black ink only
d. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
e. One (1) piece long brown envelope
f. NON-PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS (Please refer to Commission
Resolution No. 1809-2024 or the “Updated list of Non-Programmable
Calculators Allowed to be used in the Licensures Examinations”)
- Only one (1) calculator shall be allowed to be used.
- Calculators shall be inspected and reset before the start of the examination.
FOOD, MEDICINE, AND PERSONAL ITEMS
Examinees must bring packed snacks/meals and necessary medications, including hygiene
and sanitary kits, all of which should be placed in transparent/clear containers or cellophane,
along with a sufficient supply of drinking water for the day.
IMPORTANT:
a. Proctors/room watchers are strictlyprohibited from accepting or distributing food
from any person, including delivery services, during the examination.
b. NO EXAMINEE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE EXAMINATION ROOM
during the conduct of the examination, except for restroom necessities.
